We stand behind our pieces—every stitch, every graphic, every drop. But if something’s off, we’ve got you.

YOU GOT 14 DAYS

Not feeling your fit? You’ve got 14 days from the day it hits your doorstep to send it back.

WHAT WE TAKE BACK

  • Unworn, unwashed gear

  • Tags still on

  • Original condition, no weird smells, no damage

  • Keep the packaging if you can—it helps

WHAT WE DON’T TAKE BACK

  • Final sale items (those are yours for good)

  • Gift cards

  • Anything worn, washed, or messed with

  • Anything outside the 14-day window

HOW TO RETURN

  1. Hit us up at shopzeroculture@gmail.com with your order number and what’s up.

  2. We’ll send you the steps + return address.

  3. Ship it back (you cover shipping unless it was our mistake).

  4. We’ll check it out, then handle your refund or exchange.

REFUNDS

Once your item lands back and passes inspection, we’ll shoot your refund to your original payment method—give it 5–7 business days to show up. Shipping fees ain’t refundable.

EXCHANGES

Need a different size or color? Let us know in the return email—if we’ve got it, we’ll make it happen.
